"Now that you're seated I was going to ask if you wanted any water, also. I think I know where I can find some, and I wouldn't want you to get dehydrated."

It would only make her feel worse, and he's not sure if there is any medical help here if she did get too dehydrated. He'd like to do what he can to help.
