screams

Did he just --

Did he just laugh? Mary Jane momentarily stops her heroic attempts at being a wriggle machine once the sound has reached her. "Are you laughing at me right now?" she asks -- nay, demands -- and some of her hair may be partially covering her face, so she blows out a harsh breath to remove it. "Put me down!"

It only makes the visual that much more comical and ten times less menacing.

Her legs do about of thrashing around, but it is completely useless. She is, most effectively, stuck to Spider-man's web. Literally. And well, figuratively. No one ever said she wasn't clingy. Peter and Spider-man aren't getting rid of her.

Mary Jane makes a protesting sound, and it's followed by a soft squeal as he leans forward to nom her. Which she is not actually against, despite her wriggling. It actually feels very good. Ooh. She may even tilt her head to the side a bit to grant him more access, shh. "I hate you," she complains petulantly.

Spoiler: she does not.
