[party post] come sail away with me

You've come through a door, and you are on a boat. Specifically, you're on a cruise ship in the middle of some giant body of water. You've come through the door behind you which is attached to nothing and may now be locked. It's relatively empty as giant as it appears to be. The only other passengers that are here appear to also have come through the door for the most part and it is not nearly enough to fill up this entire cruise ship.

Also, who knows who the hell is driving this thing since all of the employees appear to be either ghosts or holograms...

Is this your first time here or your hundredth time here? Do you want a drink or a dip in the pool? Is it day or night? Do you stumble on your room or some other situation either fun or painful within its many rooms, shops, and facilities? Do you run into someone you know or a complete stranger?

The possibilities are unlimited!

Peter lifts his eyebrows up in surprise, because that was not... his intention to wrap up Mary Jane Watson in webbing. Er..... He tilts his head to the side looking slightly apologetic. These webs are not... really easy to-- uh. They can get a bit hard to unravel especially when the two ends are touching each other. They get kind of stuck so he is wondering how he is going to get her free at the moment.

He reaches a hand out, and the expression on Peter's face is very comical at the moment like an apologetic, smiley puppy. ...not that she can see his expression, but. Well.

"Well, y'know, I thought this would be more efficient, red. Now there's no escape."

:D

"...hi."

Mary Jane may not be able to see the expression on his face, but one can be rest assured she is picturing it perfectly, by virtue of knowing Peter Parker as well as she does. And trust that it is extremely well. "Peter Parker," she whines, and it's her turn to be comical as she ferociously wriggles in place in a hopeless and futile attempt to force the webs to come loose. Of course they do not, which only makes her attempts that much more comical.

And she glares at that hand reaching out because she cannot reach back. Her arms are glued to her sides.

:|

"Hi. You've turned me into a burrito," she informs him.

That said, it is very, very good to see him. She would not like being in this creepy ship on her own, though he has told her about it.

Peter has to bite on his lip which is difficult while wearing a mask to keep from laughing when she whines at him like that and when she struggles with the webbing that is wrapped around her. It is not easy at all to swallow the laughter though he is... trying really, really hard if only because he really didn't mean to wrap her up in the webbing, but she looks so adorable that he can't quite handle it. Well, if there's anything or anyone that can distract Peter Parker from his determined attempts to Get Back and Take out Bad Guys, it'd be Mary Jane Watson.

He ducks his head when she glares at his hand, and he is not quite able to swallow back the laughter this time.

It escapes him, and he is half wincing as he lifts his head back up, prepared for her glare. Then she has to go and say that, and he ends up laughing again.

"I didn't... do it on purpose," he offers with a tiny shrug and a smile, and it's funny how this is one of the few times where he is dressed as Spider-man but sounds more like Peter Parker (they're one and the same, but there's a difference too). He looks around though he knows she wouldn't have said his name if there was anyone around.

Then he lifts his hand up to slip off the mask before he leans forward, tugs her in closer, and... noms her neck basically cause she is a burrito. >>

Did he just --

Did he just laugh? Mary Jane momentarily stops her heroic attempts at being a wriggle machine once the sound has reached her. "Are you laughing at me right now?" she asks -- nay, demands -- and some of her hair may be partially covering her face, so she blows out a harsh breath to remove it. "Put me down!"

It only makes the visual that much more comical and ten times less menacing.

Her legs do about of thrashing around, but it is completely useless. She is, most effectively, stuck to Spider-man's web. Literally. And well, figuratively. No one ever said she wasn't clingy. Peter and Spider-man aren't getting rid of her.

Mary Jane makes a protesting sound, and it's followed by a soft squeal as he leans forward to nom her. Which she is not actually against, despite her wriggling. It actually feels very good. Ooh. She may even tilt her head to the side a bit to grant him more access, shh. "I hate you," she complains petulantly.

Spoiler: she does not.

Peter is laughing again, because she is literally a wriggle machine that has suddenly stopped wriggling to... demand of him a question. He can't stop laughing. "No. I'm not-- This isn't laughter that you're hearing," he says, ducking over a bit as he laughs further and then reaches up his gloved hand to wipe the hair away from her face further. "I'm not-- You look adorable, Mary Jane!"

He shrugs again, shifting on his feet a bit which is a total Peter Parker move, but Mary Jane brings out the Peter Parker in him since she knows who he is under the mask.

The thrashing of her legs is the most adorable thing too, and he is still laughing as he removes the mask so she'll be able to see the laughter on his face, in his eyes as he moves toward her. He would never, ever want to get rid of her.

Peter smiles against her neck at the sound of that protesting noise, and his hand holds on tightly to her since she is a helpless burrito at the moment. He noms her neck more, kissing her there and smiling as he does so especially at what she says. "You taste much better than a burrito," he informs her as he lifts his head up to kiss her chin.

Then bites down on his lip to try to keep from laughing more. "I... really am sorry. I was trying to get the door, but I prefer... getting you instead."

Mary Jane kicks at him with her feet as though she would be able to reach his shins from her vantage point with her efforts. She would not, but let it be stated that it is a valiant effort all the same.

Bah.

Tangentially, she would be happy to know that she brings out the Peter Parker in him. Not that she doesn't think Spider-man is amazing in his own right -- and well, she did always consider him something of a crush-worthy dreamboat slash Adonis in spandex, even before she knew without a doubt he and Peter were one in the same -- but as far as Mary Jane is concerned, Spider-man is not what makes Peter Parker wonderful. Peter Parker is what makes Peter Parker wonderful.

"Mrrrh," is what she says to that in a disgruntled fashion, despite the fact the corners of her lips are twitching in betrayal to such a sentiment. She angles her chin upward at the kiss before she leans in to plant one on him square on the lips.

"Adorable burrito or not, you and I are going to have problems if you don't get me out of this."

Wriggle wriggle.

Peter laughs again when she kicks at him with her adorable feet from her vantage point, and it is a helpless reaction as his head ducks slightly. His hair is all sticking up in odd angles from the mask.

And he looks back up at her slowly with that smile on his face.

Mary Jane definitely does bring out the Peter Parker in him, and Spider-man is just a part of who Peter Parker is, but he is also a persona. He is also someone that Peter Parker couldn't be without the mask, the snark and the bravado and all of those things. He knows Mary Jane loves him, and it means the world to him. After all, she kissed Spider-man and then turned him down, because her heart was already taken. With... Peter Parker.

Mary Jane Watson is kind of absolutely amazing, folks. In case you didn't already know.

"Mrrh," Peter says back with that lopsided smile on his face as he kisses her neck and then finds her mouth with his own, kissing her back as he laughs against her mouth.

"...what kind of problems?" He is already looking for something sharp to help cut through the webbing as he says this. It is kind of strong webbing, but he can break it if he needs to with his super strength.

For some reason, he always has to poke the sassy badger rjekl;. He lifts up the tiny knife that he finds to show before she can get too angry that he's going to get her out of there very soon.

... Okay, so there will be a little bit of kissing before she goes back to being pissy. Just a little bit of kissing that she allows herself doesn't take away from the point she is trying to make, does it? In any case, she will melt once his mouth finds hers, momentarily growing lax against the dang webs.

Of course, then Peter has to go back poke the badger.

Mary Jane glares at him. "The kind of problems that'll make Vulture seem like a walk in the park, those kinds of problems. Also, the kind that require you sleeping on the couch again," she says, lifting a brow as though she is testing something. You really want to go back to that cold, hard couch, Peter Parker? It's not half as much fun as the bed that has her in it.

Hmph.

Wriggle wriggle wriggles. She only stops when she sees the knife and breathes out in relief. Only then does Mary Jane patiently (well, as much patience as someone like Mary Jane Watson can muster) grows still so that he may cut her loose.

[personal profile] normalguy 2014-03-02 01:34 am (UTC)(link)
No, nothing takes away from that point, Mary Jane, but he has to admit there is something seriously sexy about like having her wrapped up in web and being able to kiss the hell out of her. And stuff. He really loves the way that that feels, and his hands tighten around her as he deepens the kiss against her neck. Mm.

Peter has this problem, and the problem is he can't help himself from poking the sassy badger... or poking Mary Jane Watson sometimes.

He snorts lightly at what she says. "I would take the Vulture any day over an angry Mary Jane Watson. Also, the couch is cold," he says, making a face that's almost like a pout. He is kind of an adorable puppy sometimes, but he really doesn't want to sleep on that couch. She should also get to be free, ahem, so he will use the knife!

Peter moves forward, gently tearing into the webbing with the knife until it is loose enough, then he reaches up, grabs hold of it, and breaks the webbing, pulling it all off of her and from her clothes. It... is sticky, as he simultaneously grabs hold of her with one arm, setting her gently down against the floor again with his arm still around her.

"No more burrito!Mary Jane." :)

Peter, you freak.

Mary Jane loves this freaky side of you. :') She will encourage it shamelessly, as is probably obvious by the tiny noise bubbling up her throat while he kisses her. She wriggles in place, for an entirely different reason, sighing deeply into his mouth. She forgets, if only for the duration of this kiss, that she was angry at him to begin with. She will be soon remembering. Maybe.

It's a really good kiss, folks. In case you were all dying to know.

"Also, these webs are sticky," Mary Jane reminds him, making a face of her own. The reminder serves to let him know it is the fact the webs are sticky and she is wrapped all over them that should be the priority here. Hmph.

Once the webbing comes loose, Mary Jane nearly collapses on the floor, or would've if he hadn't grabbed hold of her and set her down gently on the floor. She extends her arms up to her sides as though stretching them, before she looks over at him with a smirk. You're sometimes too cute for your own good, Peter.

"About time, tiger." She twirls the mask with her index finger, lifting it back up in offer to him. "So this is the snazzy, creepy ghost ship?"

Shh. Peter isn't a freak. It is just really hot that she is all tied up, and he can have his way with her like kissing her neck thoroughly as he smirks against her skin. He laughs when she wriggles like that in place, and he feels that against his arms before he deepens the kiss against her mouth. No, no, there's no need to remember, Mary Jane.

It is the best kiss. It is a kiss that makes you forget all the angry things.

He snorts lightly at the reminder. "Yeah, that's how I stick to buildings and stuff or else I'd just... go splat," Peter says. "Which would suck." Ya think, Peter Parker?

Peter grabs tight hold of her okay, and he is still leaning up against her even after he has set her gently on to the floor. Yes, he is very cute, and there is no need to be mad at him, okay?

"Sorry. You were--" Cute. He bites down on his lower lip. Also. It was hot. But. Shh, he's not a freak. He says this as he takes the red spider-man mask from her (yep, not a freak at all, peter parker) "Uh huh. This is it. I'm glad you believed me when I told you about it the first time... and didn't just think that I'd lost my mind."

Because it's super real. He is also glad he gets to show it to her.

There is every need to remember!

Mary Jane just can't ... really remember why there is every need to at the moment. It's a whole vicious cycle thing. She squirms in place and lets out a soft noise, helplessly melting into the kiss despite her previous commitment not to. She can't help that Peter's kisses are the best kisses she has ever been kissed with.

"If you go splat, I would bring you back to life and kill you myself, Peter," Mary Jane says.

Isn't she the most loving of girlfriends?

Her gaze narrows when he cuts himself off, as though trying to decide what it is he was going to finish that sentence with. Lips pursing, she decides to focus on the rest of his sentence. Hmph. "After everything I've seen in Chicago, it wasn't that much of a stretch," she answers with a smirk, before she lifts her head up to appraise her surroundings. It's nice, she'll give it that.

Potentially hazardous too, but nice.

Peter is very pleased that she can't remember why at the moment, because he really enjoys kissing her. It should be the focus of this moment, his kissing her, because he really loves to do that. His arm winds around her, and he smiles against her mouth.

"...ouch. I have a feeling death by you would hurt a lot more than the going splat too so I guess I'll have to," he says, but he is laughing. Only Mary Jane, and he loves Mary Jane so much. She makes him laugh and smile about things that might otherwise frustrate him or get him all broody.

He folds his arms across his chest, looking innocent when she narrows her gaze like that. There's a tiny smile from him. "Yeah, guess that's true. Chicago makes the most impossible stuff sound completely possible," he says, and even a mystery ship kidnapping people makes more sense than some of the stuff that happens there. There's always a way back too on this ship, and his hand wraps in hers.

"...maybe I should get dressed and then we can explore? Since the door's not opening, and I'm less... concerned with getting back now." Now that he can explore the ship with her.

You are a very smart man, Peter Parker.

Mary Jane seems pleased he acknowledges this, and will be extra pleased if he keeps from ever going splat in any of his Spidey excursions. She thinks about that more than she cares to admit, how often Peter puts himself in danger and how many close calls he must have that he never tells her about so she won't worry, but it never stops her from loving him and wanting to be with him.

Those days of lacking courage and the strength of knowing what she wants are long over.

Also, Chicago totally prepared them for situations like this.

Mary Jane bump-checks his hip with hers when he suggests getting dressed. "You read my mind, tiger. I'll be waiting right here," she says, a grin on her face that's meant to convey exploring will be worth his while.

Peter has his moments (he also has his moments of being a complete idiot).

He would never tell her about most of the close calls. It would make her worry unnecessarily, and he knows she already worries so much as it is. He doesn't know how it never stops her, but he is so grateful that she is still in his life, that she loves him and wants him.

Peter can't imagine his life without her in it. The biggest fear that he has it's losing her. There's nothing else that could compare to that fear.

He laughs a bit when she bump-checks, and he laughs a bit, sliding his hand into her own. "Okay, actually maybe you can go with me, waiting right outside of the dressing room or... you can go with me like inside of it too."

"Peter Parker, since when do you make such indecent proposals?" Mary Jane asks with a feigned gasp. One would think she is scandalized or offended, except she finishes off this train of thought with a wicked grin and an: "'Cause I like where this is going."

Mary Jane is always going to encourage people to figuratively let their hair down.

Once he slides his hand into her own, Mary Jane locks their fingers together and starts tugging him toward one of the changing rooms near the pools, closing the door behind her. If anyone were to pass by, they might see her jacket fly off to the side, followed by a heel, and a small thud which would be Peter's back against the door itself.

The boats about to rock a bit, folks.
normalguy: (lookit that smiley fais)

[personal profile] normalguy 2014-03-26 09:37 am (UTC)(link)
Peter laughs at her feigned gasp, and he ducks his head before he looks back up at her slowly with a tiny smirk that widens into a smile at the sight of that gorgeous wicked grin. "You do?"

He lifts his eyebrows, and then he laughs. Sometimes he can hardly believe it-- That they're here, that they are with each other, that he has her, this beautiful in every single way person who makes him so happy. He thought happiness was stolen from him, but he has found it with her.

Peter stares after her with a slow smirk as they head into the room, and the smirk widens a bit. He slides out of that red and blue suit as she presses him back against the door with a small thud. His arms wind around her waist as he pulls her in against him tightly, his mouth finding her own, as he is stripped of the suit, and the backpack falls to the ground at his feet.

And there is only Mary Jane and this changing room as his hands slide up her back, and he helps remove more of her clothing, piece by piece until she is bare and pressed against him, muffled noises and wanting with an intensity that can't be doused by anything but their bodies tangling together like this. His mouth fastens over her own.

"God, Mary Jane." That might be heard too, because it is impossible to stay quiet with the strength of how he wants her, and he doesn't think to be quiet about it tbh.
