[ the rifts liked to send them through all kinds of rabbit holes, some of which were less than kind, to say the least. there aren't any monsters so far, and no immediate life-threatening situations, so elena will be calling that a victory. ]

I help the helpless on behalf of the Powers That Be as one of their Champions on Earth. Which I realize sounds lame on paper — not that it sounds any better vocally — but that's what I do, and it's important there's someone in this world around to do that job; to step up to the plate and tackle the issues nobody else is willing to.
