[party post] come sail away with me

You've come through a door, and you are on a boat. Specifically, you're on a cruise ship in the middle of some giant body of water. You've come through the door behind you which is attached to nothing and may now be locked. It's relatively empty as giant as it appears to be. The only other passengers that are here appear to also have come through the door for the most part and it is not nearly enough to fill up this entire cruise ship.
Also, who knows who the hell is driving this thing since all of the employees appear to be either ghosts or holograms...
Is this your first time here or your hundredth time here? Do you want a drink or a dip in the pool? Is it day or night? Do you stumble on your room or some other situation either fun or painful within its many rooms, shops, and facilities? Do you run into someone you know or a complete stranger?
The possibilities are unlimited!

Kathryn, meet another woman who has very little tolerance for bullshit. Natalia nearly storms past the deck, and would've kept on doing so if she hadn't spotted another person's form. It is the first person Natalia has seen since she was thrust into the ship through the door. Ordinarily, she wouldn't like asking for help. But considering the fact she has tried everything, including her magic, to get out of here and she doesn't know if her son followed? Natalia will be making exceptions, even if it means approaching someone that does not want to be approached. Natalia is not one to be easily intimidated.
There's a fierceness to her expression when Natalia approaches her, but it's belied by the quieted panic she attempts to hold back. "Have you seen a little boy wearing a blue sweatshirt?" she asks, skipping past pleasantries. Her ordinarily graceful hands are clumsy as they search for her phone, lifting it up in Kathryn's direction so that she sees the picture. "This is him."

Or being however far away she was from them now.
"I'm sorry, but I haven't seen him. David, is it? I'd be happy to help you look for him."

"One minute I'm walking him to school and the next we're here." Natalia is already picking up her pace one again, moving in the opposite direction she had been. The ship seems endless in its space, but she will uncover every last damn inch of it if she has to.
"Do you have any idea where 'here' is?"

She'd do anything to ensure the well being and safety of her crew. She made a deal with the Borg in attempt to trim a few decades off their journey, for Cochrane's sake! Doing everything and anything for someone is something she understands well.
"Unfortunately, no. From what I can tell, this is some sort of middle ground for a variety of times and dimensions."
That isn't very comforting, she realizes, but Kathryn has no reason to lie to this woman and would appreciate honest answers were she in her place.
